Pressure washing removes dirt and surface buildup from suitable concrete, brick, stone and pavers. Share photos, the approximate area and any problem spots so we can assess the job and recommend the appropriate cleaning method.
Pressure washing or soft washing?
Durable hardscapes may suit pressure washing; siding and more delicate exterior surfaces often need a cleaning solution and low-pressure rinse. We choose the method for the material rather than applying the same pressure everywhere.
We consider the condition of the surface, joints and existing finish before cleaning. If your patio or driveway also needs joint sand or a renewed finish, ask about paver sanding and sealing. Cleaning and finishing are different steps, and your quote will confirm what is included.
Preparing for your appointment
Keep the work area accessible and let us know about drainage, loose materials, delicate landscaping or existing damage. Close nearby doors and windows and keep pets away from the work area. Discuss furniture moving in advance; we cannot disconnect gas lines for grills.

Our project minimum is $200. The final price depends on surface material, area, buildup and access. Include photos and approximate dimensions with your request so we can provide a useful estimate. No deposit is required.
What results should I expect?
Results depend on the surface and the type and depth of staining. Cleaning does not repair cracked concrete, damaged stone or failing finishes. Tell us about oil, rust or other stubborn marks so we can discuss expectations before work begins.
